Returns & Refund Policy – Veyaro Clothing

RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (including all tags attached).
• Returned in the original packaging (e.g., garment bags, boxes, etc.).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear (unless faulty).
• Accessories such as earrings and face masks.
• Gift cards and store credits.
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.


• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a       few business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return  shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is posted.
3. Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at admin@veyaro.co.uk.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at admin@veyaro.co.uk before sending the item back.

RETURN SHIPPING
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.
• Depending on your location, return shipping times may vary.
