Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


2. UK Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland). Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express Delivery (if selected): 1–3 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier performance, busy periods (e.g., sales or holidays), or other external factors outside our control.


3. Delivery Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and order value.

You may also offer free UK delivery when a minimum order value is reached (e.g., free shipping over £X). You can decide your threshold and update this section accordingly.


4. International Shipping

At present, we primarily ship to UK addresses. If international shipping is available, options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please be aware that:

  • International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, if tracking is available, you will be able to:

  • View the current delivery status using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Contact the courier directly for live updates.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please check your email inbox (and spam folder), or contact us at support@veyaro.co.uk.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe,
  • Is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, orIs lost or damaged in transit,

please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist with the courier and find a suitable solution.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. VEYARO cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted destinations. If restrictions apply, you will be notified during checkout or by email.
