1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within one business day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after your payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

2. UK Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland). Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:

• Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days
• Express Delivery (if selected): 1–3 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier performance, busy periods (e.g., sales or holidays), or other external factors outside our control.

3. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and order value. 

We are pleased to offer Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50.

4. International Shipping
At present, we primarily ship to UK addresses. If international shipping is available, options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Please be aware that:

• International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
• Import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, if tracking is available, you will be able to:

• View the current delivery status using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
• Contact the courier directly for live updates.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please check your email inbox (and spam folder), or contact us at support@veyaro.co.uk.

6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@veyaro.co.uk so we can assist with the courier and find a swift solution.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are entirely correct at checkout. VEYARO cannot be held responsible for delivery issues or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted destinations. If shipping restrictions apply to your location, you will be notified during checkout or via email.

RETURNS
We offer a 14-day easy return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Undamaged, unwashed, and in its original condition (with all tags attached).
• Returned in its original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear (unless faulty).
• Accessories such as earrings and face masks.
• Gift cards and store credits.

To process a return, please provide your order number or proof of purchase. Please contact our team at support@veyaro.co.uk to initiate a return; do not send items back without contacting us first.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account or statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary between institutions.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@veyaro.co.uk.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you require a different size. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@veyaro.co.uk before sending the item back.

RETURN SHIPPING
• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
